Hot on the trail of a real golfer’s paradise Polaris World have an extensive array of Nicklaus Design courses for every ability and possible need. Mar Menor 2 Resort

Mar Menor Golf Resort has been enormously successful and all the properties have now been handed over.  As a result, Polaris World has decided to extend its development to a further 700,000 m2 of new villas, townhouses and apartments designed by the prestigious Spanish architect, Melvin Vilarroel who has designed some of the most luxurious resorts on the Costa del Sol.

Mar Menor Phase Two will also see a new phase of landscaping on the golf course and an additional 9 holes to the existing 9-hole facilities at Mar Menor.  It is being designed by Nicklaus Design, a pioneer in the design and integration of golf courses into residential resorts.
